Fabrizio Chiarenza

Fabrizio Chiarenza serves as the Senior HR Manager for Northern Europe at Beko Europe since April 2024, overseeing HR functions across 10 markets, including DACH, BENELUX, and the Nordics, with a focus on organizational effectiveness, talent management, and employee engagement. Previously, Fabrizio held similar senior HR roles at Whirlpool Corporation from July 2019 to April 2024, managing the HR operations for various sites and specializing in people development and industrial relations. Fabrizio’s extensive HR experience also includes positions at Comau from July 2011 to June 2019, where responsibilities encompassed HR management and compliance across multiple manufacturing locations. Early career stages included roles in legal training and sales. Fabrizio holds a Master's Degree in Law from the Università degli Studi di Genova and enhanced language skills through an intensive Spanish course.
