Hayley Whitwood

Hayley Whitwood is an experienced HR professional currently serving as HR Leader for the UK and Ireland at Beko Europe since April 2024. Prior to this role, Hayley held the position of Head of HR for the UK and Ireland at Whirlpool Corporation from December 2021 to April 2024. Hayley's extensive career includes various senior-level HR roles at Arm from August 2015 to December 2021, where responsibilities spanned European HR leadership and strategic HR projects focused on employee experience and organizational effectiveness. Before Arm, Hayley was the Head of HR at Samsung Cambridge Solution Centre, overseeing HR strategy across the UK and Europe. Earlier career stages include HR-related positions at CSR, starting as a Recruitment Administrator and advancing to Senior HR Officer. Hayley holds a CIPD qualification in Human Resources from Anglia Ruskin University and a BSc (Hons) in Psychology with Ergonomics from Loughborough University.
