Paolo Cazzola

Paolo Cazzola is an experienced professional in cost and quality management, currently serving as the HA cost and quality leader at Beko Europe since April 2024. Previously, Paolo held the position of global cost leader for the HA platform at Whirlpool Corporation, where responsibilities included overseeing cost and quality projects and managing global budgets. Paolo also served as a system integrator and technical product manager at Whirlpool, ensuring timely product and technology development. Prior roles included product line manager at Ariston Thermo Group and various leadership positions within Whirlpool Corporation, focusing on materials technology and cost change initiatives. Paolo holds a Laurea specialistica in Ingegneria chimica from Politecnico di Milano, obtained in 2010.
