Hasna Alaoui has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning over 16 years. Hasna currently holds the position of Marketing Director-North West Africa at Beko Global, where they started in April 2021. Prior to this, they served as the Marketing & Communication Director at BMW Group from May 2019 to April 2021.

Hasna Alaoui's earlier experiences include working at Morocco Now as the Communication Director - AMDIE from an unknown start date to 2019. During their tenure at Morocco Now, they were responsible for establishing and implementing strategic communication covering 18 industries in the export market. Hasna also led and designed the institution's Morocco's nation branding campaign "Made in Morocco" targeting a wide audience. Hasna Alaoui's education history is as follows:

Hasna started their education by obtaining a French Baccalaureate in Economics & Social Science from Lycée Victor Hugo/Lycee Lyautey in the year 2002. Hasna then attended Université Côte d'Azur from 2002 to 2004, where they completed a two-year university degree in Communication (DEUG).

In 2004, Hasna pursued a Master's degree in Communication at EFAP - École des nouveaux métiers de la communication, which they completed in 2006. Following this, they attended ISC Paris from 2006 to 2008 and obtained a Master's degree in Marketing, Communication & Media.

Hasna continued their academic journey by joining Groupe ISCAE in 2015. Hasna completed a Master's degree in Coaching & Leadership (Executive Education) in 2017.

Most recently, in 2022, Hasna enrolled in Harvard Business School Online and earned a Certificate in disruptive strategy.
