Rapiya Koshkinbayeva

Rapiya Koshkinbayeva has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Rapiya is currently working as the Chief Accountant at Beko Global since April 2023. Prior to that, they served as the Chief Accountant at Admixer Advertising Central Asia from December 2022 to May 2023. Rapiya also had a self-employed role as a Manager from October 2022 to the present. Before that, they were a Manager 2 in Global Compliance & Reporting (GCR) at EY from February 2021 to December 2022. Rapiya's earlier experiences include serving as a Senior Consultant 3 in Tax Compliance at KPMG in Kazakhstan and Central Asia from May 2018 to November 2020, and working as an Accountant/Team Leader at TMF Group from October 2014 to April 2018. Rapiya also had a tenure at Kuehne + Nagel, where they worked as a Logistics Employee from August 2013 to September 2014 and as an Accountant from September 2012 to July 2013.

Rapiya Koshkinbayeva completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and Finance from KIMEP University, where they studied from 2008 to 2012. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications, including becoming a Tax Consultant of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Tier 1, from The Chamber of Tax Consultants in February 2021. In January 2021, they also became a Professional Accountant of the Republic of Kazakhstan through PROFITrening LLP. In terms of language proficiency, Rapiya obtained an IELTS certification in March 2018. Currently, they are in the process of obtaining an ACCA certification from the ACCA institute.
