Stephen West

Stephen West has worked as an SQA Engineer, R&D Technician, Tech Support, and Product Evangelist at RocketLife from April 2007 to January 2020. Their primary duties included evaluating product functionality, performance, and design compliance, identifying and tracking software defects, and maintaining open communication with senior team members. Stephen has also worked as an SQA Engineer and R&D Technician at Bekonix since November 2021, where they are responsible for functionality, integration, and regression black box testing of software and mobile apps.

Stephen West attended Palomar College from 2003 to 2006. During this time, they pursued an Associate of Arts degree in Digital Imaging, focusing on the field of study of Digital Communication and Media/Multimedia.
