Mark Breed

Mark Breed has a robust background in maintenance and construction management, with extensive experience in overseeing the operations of private facilities. Since April 2003, Mark has served as the Director of Maintenance at the Bel-Air Bay Club, responsible for managing repairs, maintenance, engineering, construction, and future budgeting, as well as ensuring the upkeep and safety of a ¼ mile private beach. Prior to this role, Mark worked as a Construction Manager and Site Designer at ATT Cellular from January 1998 to February 2002. Mark holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Environmental Science from the University of California, Riverside, completing the degree in 1984.
