Keith Zhu

Keith Zhu is an accomplished R&D Manager with over two decades of experience in product development and engineering. Currently at Bel Fuse Inc. since April 2013, Keith has a proven track record of establishing product development strategies, managing engineering teams, and successfully bringing innovative products to market, including Mag45™, MRJ21, and RJ Point Five Integrated Connector Modules. Previously, Keith served as R&D Manager at TE Connectivity / Dongguan Transpower Electrical Products Co., Ltd. from October 2001 to March 2013, where responsibilities included sustaining production, addressing manufacturing issues, and managing departmental budgets. Earlier experience includes roles as a Design Engineer at Xi'an XinZhu Fire Protection & Rescue Equipment Co., Ltd., where systems for fire protection were designed, and as an Assistant Engineer at LongKou Chemical Plant, focused on production equipment maintenance. Keith holds a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Equipment & Mechanism from Zhengzhou Industry University.
