David Le Hénaff

David Le Hénaff is currently the CFO at Bel Group. David has previously served as the Group Chief Financial Officer for GROUPE INVIVO and as VP Mergers & Acquisitions for Valeo. Prior to that, they were a Corporate Audit/Finance Manager for Honeywell and a Senior Auditor for BDO.

Le Hénaff has extensive experience in finance and operations, having led finance transformation and treasury/financing for Invivo Group, a global agricultural and agri-food business with revenues of 5 Billion Euros and 6000 headcount. David has also been responsible for leading Valeo Group's Mergers & Acquisition team, which has completed transactions negotiations in China and Asia.

Le Hénaff began their career as an auditor for BDO, where they gained experience in auditing companies in Europe and North America. David then transitioned to Honeywell, where they managed corporate audits for the software-industrial company with revenues in excess of 40 Billion US dollars and 130,000 headcount.

David Le Hénaff attended ESC Rouen and NEOMA Business School. David then went on to study at INSEAD - CEDEP and CEDEP - Executive Development – Fontainebleau.
