Lotte Kooij-Oldemaat has a diverse work experience in marketing, with a focus on brand management and marketing internships. Lotte currently holds the position of Head of Marketing Benelux at Bel, where they have been working since 2021. Prior to that, they worked as a Marketing Manager at Bel from 2016 to 2021. Before joining Bel, Lotte worked at Danone Dairy as a Brand Group Manager for Indulgence & Kids from 2019 to 2021, a Brand Manager for Hüttenkäse from 2017 to 2019, and a Brand Manager for Danio from 2016 to 2017. Lotte also gained experience at Koninklijke Verkade N.V./United Biscuits as a Brand Manager for Sultana from 2015 to 2016, and as a Junior Brand Manager for Sultana from 2013 to 2014. Lotte started their career at D.E MASTER BLENDERS 1753 as an Assistant Brand Manager for Pickwick from 2012 to 2013, and as a Marketing Intern for Pickwick Retail from 2011 to 2012. Lotte also had a marketing internship at Win - Win (Asia) Co. Ltd. Bangkok, where they served as a Marketing intern/Assistant to the Managing Director in 2011.

Lotte Kooij-Oldemaat completed their education at the University of Twente. Lotte obtained a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Marketing Communication from 2011 to 2013, following their Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Communication Studies from 2006 to 2011. Additionally, they pursued a minor in Psychology at the University of Twente from 2009 to 2010. Prior to their university education, Lotte attended Carmel College Salland from 2000 to 2006, where they completed their Atheneum with a focus on Economics and Society.
