Martin BURSAK has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Martin started their career in 2000 as a Compensation and Benefits Specialist at Rhodia Industrial Yarns. From 2006 to 2007, they served as the Regional Branch Director at the Academy of Education. In 2007, they became the Country Human Resources Director at Bel and held the position until 2011 when they transitioned to the role of Human Resources Director Central Europe. Martin then served as the Plant Director at Bel from 2011 to 2019. In 2018, they joined Slovenský Mliekarenský Zväz as the Vice President and in 2019, they became the Chairman of the Supervisory Board at Výskumný ústav mliekarenský. Since 2021, they have been serving as the Regional Industrial Director at Bel, overseeing operations in Egypt, Turkey, Czech Republic, and Vietnam.
Martin Bursak received a Master's degree in Business Administration and Management from Ekonomická univerzita v Bratislave from 1994 to 1999. Martin also obtained certification as a Certified Neurolingvistic Programming Practitioner from the NLP Institute in 2012.
