Vladimir Labun has extensive experience in the food industry, having worked at Bel since 2007. As a Quality Manager since May 2016, responsibilities include managing plant quality and maintaining food safety, food defense, and complaint systems. Previously, Vladimir served as Production Manager, overseeing the natural cheese department's production, packaging, and technology while ensuring compliance with HACCP standards. Earlier roles included Production Technologist, focusing on technology management, cleaning processes, and conducting internal audits. Vladimir holds an engineer's degree in Agricultural and Food Products Processing from SPU University in Nitra, obtained between 2000 and 2005.
