Kala Schilter, PhD, has a strong background in genetics and research, with experience ranging from molecular research to clinical genomics analysis. Currently, Kala serves as the Manager of Data Analysis & Reporting at Belay Diagnostics, bringing expertise in assay development and clinical reporting process implementation. Prior to this role, Kala held positions at the Medical College of Wisconsin, Immucor, Inc., and Froedtert Hospital, where Kala contributed significantly to various research projects and laboratory management. With a Doctor of Philosophy in Genetics, Kala has established herself as a knowledgeable and dedicated professional in the field of genetics and data analysis.
