Melanise Gadsden

Melanise Gadsden is an experienced Control System Engineer and Process Engineer currently working at Belcan since June 2022. Previously, Melanise served as a Systems Test Engineer at Stryker and as a Mechanical Engineer at Germfree, with earlier roles including Engineering Specialist at Miles Space and Engineering Co-op at GAF. Melanise's background also includes internships at Made In Space, Inc. and Deep Space Systems Inc., where responsibilities ranged from designing components and drafting technical documentation to conducting research on flight performance. Melanise holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of South Florida, where involvement included collaborative projects with Engineers Without Borders.
