Megan Sausville

Megan Sausville, M.B.A. has a diverse range of work experience in the field of Human Resources. Megan began their career at The New York Racing Association, Inc. as a Group Sales/Special Event Coordinator from 2008 to 2010. Megan then worked at Yoh HR Solutions as an HRIS-Data Specialist from 2010 to 2012. Megan joined GE in 2012 as an Employee Data Analyst, where they successfully managed various HR tasks and projects. Megan later transitioned to GE Renewable Energy as a Human Resources Manager from 2016 to 2019. Megan also co-owned Sauce Baseball LLC, an indoor baseball and softball facility, from 2014 to 2019 where they provided training and managed a successful youth softball program. Currently, they hold the position of Vice President Human Resources- Broadband Solutions at Belden Inc. since July 2022. Prior to this, they served as a Human Resources Director and Manager at Belden Inc. from 2020 to 2022. Megan's experiences demonstrate their expertise and dedication to the field of Human Resources.

Before that, they earned a Bachelor's degree in Sport Management and Business Administration from the University of New Haven, from 2004 to 2008.
