Neil Chandler

Neil Chandler has over 25 years of experience in manufacturing and operations management, with a current position as Plant Manager and Business Unit Manager at Belden Inc. since March 2013. Prior roles include Value Stream Manager at Crane ChemPharma Group, where responsibilities encompassed the entire value stream for the Sleeve Plug Valve product line, and Operations Manager at Crane Company - ChemPharma Group. Additionally, Neil has served as Business Unit Manager at Crane Pumps & Systems, overseeing the Machine Shop unit, and held positions in process engineering and manufacturing leadership at Faurecia, Plastic Trim International, Inc., and Lear Corp.
