Karla Jarkovska

Karla Jarkovska is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in product management and consultancy. Currently serving as Spoluzakladatelka at beLean since May 2022, Karla co-founded this lean consultancy focused on practical solutions and effective leadership. Previously, as a Product Manager at Orchestr8 from April 2020 to April 2025, Karla contributed to the modernization of an advanced enterprise-level DDMRP solution, enhancing skills in supply chain management. Karla's career began at ChemAxon, transitioning from a Support Specialist to a Product Owner, and earlier served as a Postdoctoral Research Fellow at the Institute of Animal Physiology and Genetics. With a Ph.D. in Developmental and Cell Biology from Charles University and a Master’s in Biochemistry from Palacký University, Karla combines a scientific background with a passion for product development.
