Claire Nyssen

Claire Nyssen is an experienced professional in talent development, leadership, and change management, currently serving as a Talent, Development & Leadership Program Manager at Belfius since October 2022. Previous roles at STIB-MIVB included Domain Leader for Corporate Transformation & Change Management, where Claire led initiatives to enhance organizational culture and leadership. At ING Belgium, contributions spanned from designing customer-centric banking services to championing agile methodologies and managing HR transformation teams. Earlier experience at Deloitte Consulting involved managing HR transformation projects and mentoring consultants, while initial roles at Mobistar focused on learning and development within HR.
