Elsie Lampers

Elsie Lampers has extensive experience in both technical and managerial roles. Since January 2000, Elsie has served as a co-owner at DST Webdesign, overseeing human resources, accounting, administration, and programming. Concurrently, since November 1991, Elsie has held multiple positions at Belfius, including Engineer, Solution Designer, and Technical Designer, responsible for bringing complete projects to production with a focus on execution, testing, care, and quality. Educationally, Elsie earned a Bachelor’s degree in Applied Computer Science from Hogere Handelsschool between 1989 and 1992, following secondary education with a focus on Mathematics at Dames Van Maria from 1982 to 1989.
