Fumi Iseki

Fumi Iseki is an experienced HR Program Coordinator for young talents at Belfius since November 2017, overseeing the Young Professional and Bachelor Trainee programs. In addition to program coordination, Fumi serves as the Corporate Social Responsibility Officer and ESG Coordinator, managing non-financial reporting, communications on CSR, and promoting sustainability initiatives across the organization. Previous roles include Young Professional at The Studio, where Fumi focused on marketing and communications, and Custom Research Analyst Junior at ISS. Fumi holds an Executive Master in Digital & IT Essentials from Université libre de Bruxelles and a Master’s Degree in Management Science from Solvay Brussels School of Economics and Management, supplemented by an exchange program at Ewha Womans University in South Korea.
