Pierre-Alexandre Bosman

Pierre-Alexandre Bosman is currently serving as the Senior Legal Counsel Corporate Finance/M&A specializing in Debt & Equity Markets at Belfius Bank. Prior to this, Pierre-Alexandre worked as a Lawyer Corporate/M&A at Osborne Clarke and as a Tax Consultant at PwC Belgium. Pierre-Alexandre also has experience as a Corporate Trainee at Loyens & Loeff. Pierre-Alexandre completed their Master's Degree in Law from Université catholique de Louvain and has a background in Math and Science from International School Le Verseau. Additionally, Pierre-Alexandre has participated in a Summer Internship in Banking & Finance at Liedekerke Wolters Waelbroeck Kirkpatrick. Currently, Pierre-Alexandre is pursuing executive education at Harvard Law School.
