Amanda Russo

Amanda Russo is currently the Chief Marketing Officer at BelFlex Staffing Network. Amanda has over four years of experience in client and project management, within both agency and in-house settings.

Russo began their career in January 2017 as a Senior Account Manager at ddm marketing & communications. In this role, they were responsible for developing and executing integrated marketing plans for clients in various industries. Amanda also managed a team of account coordinators and assistants, ensuring that all deliverables met or exceeded client expectations.

In January 2020, Russo joined Swarm Agency as a Client Engagement Manager. In this role, they served in an agile role for client and project management. Amanda was responsible for delegation, collaboration with the traffic manager to schedule work, QA/proofreading and formatting, and timeline development/communication to client. In addition to client responsibilities, Russo managed Swarm's social media presence and strategy throughout 2020 and created the blog series "The Hive's Friday Five," a weekly recap of five digital marketing news articles.

Russo has a proven track record of success in developing and executing marketing plans that achieve objectives and exceed expectations. Amanda is an excellent communicator with strong organizational skills. Russo is a strategic thinker who is able to think outside the box to develop creative solutions to problems.

Amanda Russo received their HS diploma from Portage Northern High School. Amanda then went on to Michigan State University where they received their Bachelor's Degree in Advertising.

Amanda Russo reports to Jason McCaw, CEO. They are on a team with Christine Adams - Director of Risk & Compliance, Kristy Pierce - Controller, and Amber Hyman - Human Resources Director.
