Kim Matthews

Kim Matthews has extensive work experience in various roles within human resources and marketing. From 2023 to the present, they have been serving as the Human Resources Director at BELFOR Franchise Group. Prior to that, they held the same position at HRI (Harris Research, Inc.) from 2012 onward. At Mark Jacobs Wealth Management Group, they worked as the Marketing Director from 2008 to 2011. Before that, they served as the Human Resources Business Partner & Training Specialist at Affinion Group from 2004 to 2008. Their career began at Progeny Marketing Innovations, where they worked as the Executive Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer from 2002 to 2004.

Kim Matthews attended the University of Tennessee, Knoxville from 1986 to 1990 and earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Public Administration/Business.
