Zach Schwartz

Zach Schwartz has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Zach is currently working as a Founding Engineer at Belfry since July 2022. Prior to this, they served as a Lead Engineer at Hederis starting from January 2019. In August 2019, they co-founded Cascade and worked as the CTO & Co-Founder until July 2022. Before that, they worked as a Creative Technologist at Adecco at Google from August 2017 to August 2018.

Zach also has experience in software engineering. Zach worked as a Software Engineer at O'Reilly Media from June 2013 to February 2017 and as Data Visualization & UX professional at Bloomberg LP from November 2012 to June 2013. Furthermore, they were a Co-Founder at Guidesly from May 2011 to May 2012.

Prior to entering the tech industry, Zach worked as a freelance Web Designer and Developer from December 2008 to July 2011. Zach also served as an Online Communications Manager at New Israel Fund from August 2009 to July 2010. Additionally, they worked as the New Media Director - Montana for Obama for America from July 2008 to December 2008.

Zach Schwartz completed their high school education at Washington-Lee High School, although the specific start and end years are unknown. Zach then went on to pursue a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science at the University of Chicago, from 2002 to 2006. Afterward, they gained a Master of Professional Studies degree in Interactive Telecommunications at Tsich, which they attended from 2010 to 2012 at New York University.
