Pieter Jan Van Asbroeck serves as Provinciaal Raadgevend Arts at Belgische politie - Police belge since June 2023 and has been a Consultant in Emergency Medicine & Disaster Management as well as Medical Coordinator at Zorgcentrum na Seksueel Geweld Limburg since May 2019. Pieter holds the position of Vice President at the Vlaamse Academie voor Urgentiegeneeskunde and has been an active member of several professional organizations, including the Belgian College of Emergency Physicians and the European Society for Emergency Medicine.
