Mokhles Oweis

Mokhles Oweis is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in mechanical and infrastructure project management. Currently serving as a Mechanical Works Manager at Dar Alhandasah Consultant in Dubai since May 2015, Mokhles oversees mechanical and infrastructure works on various development projects. Additionally, as a Construction Manager for EFECO LLC, Mokhles is involved in the development of a multi-use building that includes a commercial center, office towers, a hotel, and residential towers, with the highest tower reaching 76 stories. Previously, Mokhles held the position of Business Development Manager at Belhasa International CO LLC, and Infrastructure Manager at CIMS Project Management Consultancy, where responsibilities involved managing projects from the master plan to handover. Mokhles began a long tenure at Dar Alhandasah as a Senior Mechanical Engineer, supervising mechanical works from July 1979 until April 2008. Mokhles holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Damascus University and completed high school in Industrial Studies at Irbid Industrial.
