Louise Hills has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries. Louise started their career as a Secretary at Xyratex and gained valuable experience in diary management and coordinating functional meetings. Louise then moved on to Estee Lauder Companies, where they took on various roles such as Sales Administrator, Orders Coordinator, and Orders & Events Coordinator. During this time, they were responsible for order processing, liaising with central buying offices, and analyzing corporate performance data. Louise later joined Estee Lauder Group of Companies as a Non-Saleable Manager and Business Support Manager, where they managed inventory control, pricing structure, and led the implementation of an Event Management system. Afterward, they worked as the Operations/Customer Service Manager at American Shutters Ltd / TNESC Distribution Ltd, where they managed sales performance and customer service for bespoke joinery products. Most recently, Louise held the position of Head of Service and Financial Control at Belimed, where they were responsible for overseeing service administration, team management, financial control, and quality audits.
