Ashley Turner is an experienced human resources professional with a strong background in campus recruiting and corporate development. Currently serving as Director, HR Business Partner at Belk since April 2017, Ashley has advanced through various HR roles within the company, including Sr. Manager and Manager positions. Prior experience includes a recruitment role at Red Ventures and a Recruiting Coordinator position at Capitol Financial Solutions, where responsibilities encompassed candidate sourcing, relationship building, and marketing support. Ashley began a career in personnel management as an Assistant Manager and Lifeguard at Hidden Valley Country Club and holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Elon University.
