Tim McShane

Tim McShane has a diverse work experience in the banking industry. Tim currently serves as the East Region Community Banking Director at Bell Bank since July 2022. Prior to this, they worked as the President of the Twin Ports Region at Bell Bank from October 2019 to July 2022. Before joining Bell Bank, Tim held various roles at Republic Bank, Inc. including VP and Private Banking Manager from September 2009 to October 2019, VP and Commercial Lender from March 2004 to August 2009, and Branch Manager/Commercial Lender from March 2004 to June 2006. Tim started their career at US Bank, where they worked as a Commercial Lender from October 2002 to March 2004 and as a Commercial Credit Analyst from July 2001 to September 2002.

Tim McShane attended the University of Minnesota Duluth from 1996 to 2001, where they focused their studies on finance. In 2004, they also attended the MN Bankers Assoc. Commercial Lending School. From 2015 to 2017, Tim pursued further education at the ABA Stonier Graduate School of Banking and The Wharton School's Leadership Program.
