Andre Beaulieu

Andre Beaulieu is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in corporate services and procurement, currently serving as the Senior Vice President of Corporate Services at Bell Canada since April 2007. In this role, Andre oversees various critical functions, including procurement, real estate, ESG initiatives, corporate responsibility, and security, including cybersecurity. Previous positions at Bell Canada include Senior Vice President of Wholesale, Procurement, and Value Creation, as well as roles in corporate strategy and procurement. Prior to Bell Canada, Andre held consultant positions at Bain & Company, A.T. Kearney, and Monitor, and served as a Program Manager at the Government of Canada’s Privy Council Office. Andre holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB/BCL) from McGill University.
