Guillermo Mayta

Guillermo Mayta is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business intelligence and data management, currently serving as the Business Intelligence Senior Manager in Shared Services at Bell since June 2008. Guillermo has successfully managed the development of data models and led various projects aimed at enhancing analytical insights and data governance. Previous roles at Bell include Business Data Provisioning Senior Manager and Business Data Assurance Senior Manager, where Guillermo led sizable teams, implemented process improvements, and focused on productivity and efficiency in operations. Prior to Bell, Guillermo held the position of Technical Services Supervisor at Nextel, where innovative approaches to customer operations led to significant cost reduction and increased satisfaction. Guillermo holds a Master's Degree in Management of Analytics from Queen's University, an MBA from Ivey Business School, and a Bachelor's Degree in Electronic Engineering from Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú, complemented with post-graduate certification in Operations and Logistics.
