Osama abu-Shihab

Osama Abu-Shihab has over two decades of experience in the technology sector, currently serving as the Vice President of IT for Bell Business Markets since 2002. In this role, Osama leads key transformation projects that enhance new product introductions, operational efficiencies, and customer-specific requirements, while also driving Enterprise Architecture roadmaps. Prior to joining Bell, Osama worked at Nortel Networks from 1995 to 2001 as a Product Manager responsible for the metro optical switch portfolio. Osama holds an MBA in Strategy and Marketing, as well as both a Master's degree and a Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering, all from McGill University.
