Paulo Tuano is a seasoned talent acquisition leader with extensive experience in recruitment strategy and practice management. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition at Bell, Paulo heads executive search initiatives and supports HR transformation projects. Previously, Paulo held dual roles at Amazon and IMDb as Senior Technical Recruiting Practice Lead, focusing on a diverse range of job families. With a history at Bell from 2011 to 2021, Paulo has successfully led the recruitment of critical skills and was instrumental in elevating Bell Canada’s Campus Recruitment Program to award-winning status. Paulo’s early career included IT headhunting at TAL Group and roles in sales and product consulting, complemented by a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from the University of Guelph-Humber.
