Cecilia Brazie has a diverse work experience in various human resources roles within different companies. Cecilia started their career as a Human Resources Manager at SK Foods in 2006, where they managed hiring, training, and scheduling for hourly employees. In 2009, they became a Human Resources Generalist at Blue Diamond Growers until 2015. Cecilia then worked as a Human Resources Business Partner at Driscoll's in 2018, where they led talent development sessions and provided guidance for budgeting and headcount planning. Currently, they are the Director of Human Resources and Organizational Development at Bell-Carter Foods, LLC., a position they have held since 2022.

Cecilia Brazie completed their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Human Communications at California State University, Monterey Bay. Prior to that, they attended Colusa High School.
