Diego Darquea C. has extensive experience in the food and beverage industry, with a focus on regulatory compliance and product development. Diego started their career at General Mills, where they worked as a Food Scientist and Project Manager for eight years. Diego then moved on to The Clorox Company, where they held various roles, including R&D Group Manager for the Cleaning Division and the Foods SBU. After that, Diego worked at BakeMark USA as the Director of Research & Development and Regulatory. Diego'sresponsibilities included overseeing all aspects of R&D, product development, and regulatory compliance. Most recently, Diego joined E. & J. Gallo Winery as a Senior Manager/Director, providing compliance and regulatory guidance for product and brand development. Diego is currently serving as the Vice President of Global F&F Quality, Compliance, and EH&S at Bell Flavors & Fragrances.

Diego Darquea C. pursued their education in food science and chemistry at North Carolina State University, where they attained a Bachelor of Science degree. Diego then continued their studies at the same university to obtain a Master of Science in Food Biochemistry. Later on, Diego pursued legal education at Michigan State University College of Law, where they achieved a Master of Jurisprudence degree in Global Food Law.
