Miguel Ángel Zavala Arellano has extensive experience in the flavors and fragrances industry. Miguel Ángel is currently the Vice President LATAM Flavors & Fragrances at Bell Flavors & Fragrances LATAM, where they are responsible for strategic planning, direction, and leadership in all business areas within the region. Miguel Ángel joined Bell Flavors & Fragrances in 2018 as Vice President and has played a vital role in overseeing production sites in Mexico, Brazil, and Colombia, as well as commercial offices in various countries including Guatemala, Costa Rica, and Peru.

Prior to their current position, Miguel Ángel held the role of Director of New Business Development at Bell Flavors & Fragrances from 2015. Before that, they served as the General Manager and Co-Founder of MK Ottens Flavors S de RL de CV from 2006 to 2015. Miguel Ángel was also the Co-Founder and Commercial Director of MK FLAVORS & Co SA DE CV from 2003 to 2006.
