J Clint Carlson has extensive experience in engineering and supply chain management, currently serving as Principal Manufacturing Engineer for Projects and Supply Chain at Bell Flight since October 2009. In this role, J Clint Carlson supports 280 suppliers globally, focusing on developing business models that ensure safety and quality in production. Previous experience includes managing 40 strategic suppliers with significant annual spending as Supplier Manager, and leading production teams for military aircraft, overseeing various operational aspects. Prior to Bell Flight, J Clint Carlson worked at Cessna Aircraft Company for nearly a decade, managing production teams for commercial aircraft. J Clint Carlson holds a Master of Business Administration from Friends University and a Bachelor's degree in Organizational Management and Leadership from the same institution.
