Kyle Graves

Kyle Graves serves as the Director of IT at Bell Flight since November 2017, bringing extensive experience in IT management from previous roles at Textron and Oracle. At Textron, Kyle held various managerial positions, overseeing service management, identity and access management, and HR operations from April 2011 to November 2017. Prior to that, Kyle worked at Oracle as a Principal Consultant, focusing on HR and enterprise learning management for PeopleSoft products and delivering technical consulting services. Additional experience includes technical consultancy roles at Lone Star College and USAA, specializing in PeopleSoft development for HR systems. Kyle holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Computer Engineering from Texas A&M University.
