Sion Morgan

Sion Morgan has extensive work experience in the field of health and safety. Sion started their career as a Royal Engineer Team Commander in the HM Forces, where they were responsible for the welfare and supervision of a team and also acted as a Health and Safety Representative/Advisor. After leaving the military in 2014, Sion worked for Octane Holding Group as a Ground Worker/Foreman, focusing on fuel installations and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. In 2017, they joined HSS Training as a CITB Construction Skills Trainer, providing training in construction skills. Sion later worked for Hunter Safety Solutions Limited as a CDM/Health and Safety Manager, where they facilitated the safe delivery of construction projects for Blue Chip clients. Currently, they are working at Bell as the Head of Health and Safety, providing national support and guidance on health and safety matters to the company and its external clients.

Sion Morgan has a background in engineering maintenance and installation, particularly in the mechanical field.
