Sion Morgan has extensive work experience in the field of health and safety. Sion started their career as a Royal Engineer Team Commander in the HM Forces, where they were responsible for the welfare and supervision of a team and also acted as a Health and Safety Representative/Advisor. After leaving the military in 2014, Sion worked for Octane Holding Group as a Ground Worker/Foreman, focusing on fuel installations and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. In 2017, they joined HSS Training as a CITB Construction Skills Trainer, providing training in construction skills. Sion later worked for Hunter Safety Solutions Limited as a CDM/Health and Safety Manager, where they facilitated the safe delivery of construction projects for Blue Chip clients.
