Mathew Brown

Mathew is a senior associate in the projects and real estate team with significant experience advising on development and construction projects, from inception through delivery, across a range of industry sectors.

​​Mathew's experience includes structuring, negotiating and drafting complex development agreements and construction contracts. He also has experience advising on agreements for sale and purchase and signficant commercial leases.

Mathew has built strong relationships with and advises a number of the firm's key clients including Precinct Properties, Tainui, ANZ, Port Marlborough, Crown Infrastructure Partners, Wellington City Council, Tauranga City Council and Taupo District Council.

Mathew consistently receives excellent feedback from clients and is involved in helping them bring construction and development projects to life with his extensive practical knowledge of how things work in the 'real world' as well as his technical legal capability.
