Chief Instructor Pilot / Site Lead - Czech Republic at Bell Flight

Michael Johnson has over 20 years of work experience, starting from 1994 in various assignments within the US Marine Corps. Michael has held senior executive positions, such as Commanding Officer and Division Chief, managing large-capital organizations and personnel. Michael'sresponsibilities have included overseeing operations, training, logistics, and budgeting. Michael also has experience in planning and executing training exercises in multiple countries. Currently, they serve as the Chief Instructor Pilot and Site Lead for Bell Flight in the Czech Republic.

Michael Johnson earned a Bachelor's degree in Aerospace, Aeronautical and Astronautical Engineering from the United States Naval Academy, graduating in 1994. In 2007, they obtained a Master's degree in Military Operational Art and Science/Studies from the USAF Air Command and Staff College. Later, in 2013, they completed a Master's degree in Military Strategic Studies, General from the USAF Air War College. Michael also holds certifications as a Certified Flight Instructor and a Certified Flight Instructor Instrument, obtained in 2022 from the Federal Aviation Administration.
