Tom Main

Tom Main has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Tom started their career as a Programmer Analyst Business IV at Boeing Corinth Co. in July 1993 and stayed there for twelve years. During this time, they coordinated and supervised the activities of junior Programmer/Analysts in the Finance Department, ensuring effective project management throughout the SDLC.

In October 2005, Tom joined Bell Flight as a Senior Business Process Analyst. Tom played a key role in developing and maintaining the Forward Pricing Rate Brochure for Bell Helicopter Textron, a complex simulation of the cost accounting process. Tom also provided support for Defense Contract Audit Agency audits.

In June 2012, Tom transitioned to the role of Senior Master Data Analyst at Bell Flight. Tom created and maintained dashboards in QlikView to track accuracy, cycle time, transaction volume, and transaction backlog for the Enterprise Master Data Team. Additionally, they utilized MS SQL Server and Back Office Associates Data Dialysis to evaluate and track the health of SAP Material, Vendor, and Customer master data.

Most recently, Tom held the position of Principal Business Analyst at Bell Flight, starting in April 2017. The details of this role are unspecified, but it is evident that they brought their expertise in analysis and process improvement to the organization.

In addition, they obtained a Six Sigma Green Belt certification from Textron in 2007.
