Irina Morosov

Irina Morosov is an accomplished professional in the field of product development and research, currently serving as the Vice President of Research and Development at Bell International Laboratories since March 2025, where responsibilities include leading R&D initiatives with a focus on Suncare and OTC products. As the Founder of Alkeme + Adaptation Consulting since December 2018, Irina specializes in product innovation and strategic growth consulting. Previously, Irina held positions such as Vice President of New Product Development at Profectus Beauty from March 2022 to March 2025, Head of Research & Innovation at Raining Rose, Inc. from May 2019 to March 2022, and Vice President of New Product Development at Aromair Fine Fragrance Company from August 2015 to May 2019, overseeing numerous successful product launches and developments. Irina holds a Master of Science in Industrial Pharmacy from Long Island University and a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from Pace University.
