Mary Ann Reichling has over 30 years of experience in the field of human resources. Mary Ann currently holds the position of VP of Human Resources at Bell Laboratories, Inc. Prior to that, they worked at Lands' End for 25 years, where they held various roles including Sr Director of Benefits, Compensation & HRIS, Director of Benefits, Compensation & EIS, Director of Benefits, Manager Benefits, and Sr. EIS Analyst.
