Bryan Foskett

Bryan Foskett is an experienced project manager and construction manager at Bell MTS since 2019, focusing on the development and delivery of the Fibre-to-the-Premise network in Manitoba, while also managing internal resources and vendors to ensure project timelines and budgets are met. Prior to this role, Bryan served as Senior Manager of Business Intelligence, where responsibilities included developing strategic roadmaps to enhance customer experience and operational performance through data analysis. Bryan's extensive career at MTS (2001-2018) encompassed various leadership roles, such as Manager of Market & Operational Data Insights, where mentorship of data analysis teams and development of market research programs were key responsibilities. Bryan also managed broadband product development and created marketing programs for MTS’s telecommunications services. Bryan's early career at Shaw Communications included roles in construction and auditing, complemented by a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Marketing and Management Information Systems from the University of Manitoba.
