Lynda Finley

Lynda Finley has a strong background in human resources, with their most recent position being HR Director at Endurance Lift Solutions since 2016. Prior to that, they held the same role at Bell Supply Company starting in 2013. Lynda also has experience as an HR Manager at Select Energy Services from January 2012 to June 2013, and as an HR Generalist from August 2009 to December 2011 at the same company.

Lynda Finley attended Grayson County College from 2005 to 2006. However, no degree or field of study was obtained during this time. Lynda then went on to pursue their Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General from the University of North Texas from 2006 to 2009. In addition to their formal education, Lynda obtained several certifications including the SHRM-CP from SHRM in March 2015, and the Professional in Human Resources (PHR®) certification from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI in January 2012. Lynda also earned the Professional in Human Resources® (PHR®) certification from HRCI in January 2012.
