Karlina Christensen-Lee has extensive experience in human resources, having held various leadership positions since 2006. At Gannett | USA TODAY NETWORK, Karlina served as Director of HR Transformation and Senior Human Resources Business Partner, focusing on talent acquisition, training initiatives, and strategic partnerships with senior leadership. In the role of Human Resources Director at LocaliQ from 2015 to 2025, Karlina spearheaded comprehensive HR initiatives while enhancing organizational culture and employee engagement. Prior experience includes serving as a Human Resources Business Partner for Supply Chain at Target, where strategic performance plans and positive employee relations were priorities, and as an intern at the Scottish National Party, focusing on media coverage analysis and parliamentary research.
