Rachael Woods

Rachael Woods has a diverse work experience spanning a range of roles and industries. Rachael began their career as a Counter Assistant at Right Medicine Pharmacy, where they were responsible for customer service and assisting with customer enquiries. Rachael then worked as a Barista at Costa Coffee before transitioning to a Data Analyst role at Outplay Entertainment Ltd. Rachael gained experience in data analysis before joining CALEDONIA HOUSING ASSOCIATION LIMITED as a Business Analyst. Currently, they hold the position of Data Insights Analyst at Bella & Duke.

Rachael Woods earned a Bachelor's Degree in Zoology/Animal Biology (Hons) from the University of Stirling between the years 2012 and 2016. Following this, they attended Northumbria University from 2017 to 2018, where they obtained an MSc in Information Science (Data Analytics) with a field of study in Informatics. In addition to their academic qualifications, Rachael also obtained a certification as a Medicines Counter Assistant from the NPA - National Pharmacy Association in June 2014.
