Karen Alina Cerna Sanchez

Karen Alina Cerna Sanchez has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as Jefe de recursos humanos at BC Logistics since June 2023. In addition, Karen holds the position of Human Resources Generalist at both GF Industries and BELLA+CANVAS from May 2022 to the present. Previous roles include Coordinador Recursos humanos at Simplemente Madera and Auxiliar de RR. HH. at Walmart, along with an earlier position as Asistente financiero at Walmart. Karen earned a degree in Licenciatura en Mercadotecnia from Universidad Nacional Autónoma de Nicaragua (UNAN-Managua) between 2012 and 2017.
