Jelena Čeperić has worked in a variety of roles since 2017. Jelena began their career at Media Val as an Intern in 2017 before joining FOREO as a Customer Care Agent. In 2018, they moved to Bellabeat and held the roles of QA Lead, Customer Success Manager, and Customer Success Representative.
Jelena Čeperić obtained their Bachelor's degree in Communication and Media Studies from the Hrvatski studiji Sveučilišta u Zagrebu between 2012 and 2016. Jelena then attended the University of Helsinki in 2015 to study Journalism, though they did not receive a degree. From 2016 to 2019, they attended the University of Zagreb/Sveuciliste u Zagrebu, where they earned their Master's degree in Journalism & Public Relations.
